In addition to the general and ranked game rules, all the participants should follow the below-given rules as well.

1 Participant verification and documents;

1.1 All the participants should follow the verification process and failing to do so will lead to immediate disqualification from the tournament. 

1.2 During the verification process, a participant must submit at least 1 of the accepted documents to confirm their citizenship. The below documents will be accepted for the verification of a participant;

Age 18 and above; 

• National Identity Card
• Passport
• Driving License

Age below 17 has the option of submitting any type of legal document issued in Sri Lanka that proves you are a Sri Lankan citizen. Any other document such as a student ID from a university or such will not be considered.

1.3 The verification will be done via an online video call and participants should join the call 30 minutes before the scheduled match time. The link will be shared with the captain of each team and it is the captain’s responsibility to bring the team. 

1.4 Each participant should follow the below steps during the verification process;

• Show the face (clear and focused)
• Confirm the name and the participating tournament and game.
• Show both sides of the submitting document

2 Screenshots and video uploading; 

2.1 Screenshots should be provided as per the below-given points.

• Lobby (including referees).
• Recent apps while in the lobby (Before the game starts).
• Countdown before the match starts. 
• After switching sides (half-time).
• Scoreboard

All the screenshot samples that are required can be found in the discord channel  – SS Samples.

2.2 Participants who opted for the Handcam Recording option do not have to submit screen recordings of the match. However, participants are required to follow the below points while doing the handcam recording.

• Full screen of the device should be visible at all times.
• Both hands of the player should be visible at all times.
• After the match is over, the scoreboard of the match should be displayed on the recording camera. 

2.3 Participants who opted for the Screen Recording option should record their screen from the beginning of the match and until the end of the match. A sample of how the screen recording should be done can be found in the discord channel – SR Sample.

2.4 All the screenshots and screen recordings should be uploaded to an online storage drive and share the link (with access to download) to any of the referees of the tournament within the allocated time.

• Screenshots – within 30 minutes
• Screen Recordings – within 4 hours.

* All the participants are required to follow the above-given rules and failing to do so will lead to immediate disqualification.

* The tournament staff will not be taking any responsibility in communicating the rules to the participants and it will be the participants’ responsibility to go through all the rules and adhering to the same.
