1.1 β The tournament format (e.g., Single Elimination, Double Elimination, etc.) will be decided by the Organizers and communicated on the day of the event.
1.2 β Match-ups and seeding will be determined by the Organizers.
1.3 β All matches will be played on LAN at the tournament venue.
2.1 β Registration is available both online and at the venue.
2.2 β All registered players must confirm attendance in person by 12:30 PM on 2nd August.
2.3 β Players who do not check in by this time will be removed from the bracket.
3.1 β Players must register using their real name.
3.2 β Players may only participate under one identity/account.
3.3 β Offensive/inappropriate player names, team tags, or profile icons are prohibited.
3.4 β Players must bring their own controllers. No controllers will be provided unless otherwise stated.
3.5 β Any controller issues must be reported before the match starts.

Changing Characters/Kameos: Winner must keep characters; loser may switch
5.1 β Players must be present at least 30 minutes before their match.
5.2 β Coaching is not allowed during matches.
5.3 β Headphones or personal music are not allowed unless permitted by staff.
5.4 β Once seated, players will have 3 minutes to configure controls and begin.
5.5 β Players must raise their hand at the end of a match to notify referees to log results.
5.6 β Deliberate pauses or disruptive behavior may lead to penalties or disqualification.
6.1 β In case of a hardware failure or accidental disconnection, players must immediately raise their hand to notify the referee.
6.2 β The referee will determine if the match should be restarted based on the situation.
6.3 β Intentional disconnections or stalling will result in a forfeit.
Unfair play includes, but is not limited to:
Use of hacks, mods, or third-party software
Pausing the game without referee permission
Physical interference or harassment
Unsportsmanlike conduct (verbal abuse, taunting, rage quitting)
Playing under another personβs identity
Collusion or match-fixing
Penalties:
Violations may result in warnings, match loss, disqualification, or bans from future events depending on severity.
